Where I am Coming From

I am a senior at the University of South Carolina studying marine science. I am originally from Conneaut, Ohio (just east of Cleveland on Lake Erie). I have three sisters (yes, pity me!)--one older and two younger. My mom has and always will be one of my best friends. I am currently engaged to the woman of my dreams, but let me tell ya, it seemed like it would never happen. I have been fortunate to have studied in Russia, SCUBA dived all over and survived many traumatic situations. I have lived on a island where I ran the Loggerhead Sea Turtle project and my secret passion is Education. I started this web page because I am the type of person that needs motivation every once in a while to combat the crazy things that happen to me. (and BOY OH BOY crazy things happen to me!) I am a very complex person that likes to contemplate life and the randomness of it. I love the Romantic period in literature, and am enthralled with Emerson and Thoreau. I hold friendships dear and sometimes let myself get hurt because I am so naive at times. Well, enough of the babbling, here are some pictures of the things that mean the most to me.
